Double Attack blackjack is a very unique blackjack game. Though it is based mainly on the standard rules of blackjack, the game has quite a lot of interesting twists which make it more interesting for the players. The first thing which differentiates it from blackjack is that it uses eight Spanish decks. These decks have 48 cards without the four tens.

Also, when the players have to place the bet and the dealer begins dealing the cards to the players, the game is different than normal blackjack. After the first card has been dealt, which would be his own up card, the players have the option of double attack before the cards have been dealt to the players. The player can raise his/her bet less than or equal to the original bet. However, if the player decides to split later on he/she must match the bet of the double attack. However, if the player doubles down he would only need to double the original bet. Those who surrender would receive half of their double attack bet.
Once the players who have chosen double attack place their bets, the dealer would deal two cards to every player. Based on the cards, every player would then have to decide whether to take insurance, double down, split, stand or hit. The dealer would then reveal the hole card and then the winners would be determined.
